About the Product
Legacy Parent Club & Community is a calm, expert-led support community designed to help parents feel confident in online learning, better understand their child’s behavior, and create a structured and peaceful home environment.
This is a strategic product directly impacting school retention, family LTV, and trust in our qualified educators — real, live human teachers, not AI.
We are looking for a strong hybrid professional who combines community leadership, performance marketing, and product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Growth
— Develop a 3–6 month growth strategy for Parent Club
— Define and track core metrics: subscribers, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV
— Align Parent Club with overall school retention strategy
— Build a scalable model to grow from 50 to 500+ families
— Strengthen the brand DNA: calm, clarity, structure, support
2. Marketing & Acquisition
— Design and optimize the funnel: webinar → landing page → subscription → renewal
— Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.)
— Manage influencer collaborations
— Run A/B tests on offers, creatives, and landing pages
— Build data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)
— Monitor and optimize unit economics
3. Community & Content
— Develop and moderate Parent Community Chat
— Host and moderate live sessions and expert webinars
— Prepare session scripts and event structure
— Plan content across core annual themes (anxiety, behavior, ASD/ADHD, digital parenting, etc.)
— Oversee production of micro-tips, PDF guides, mini-courses
— Ensure high-quality visual presentation and calm brand aesthetics
4. AI Integration
— Actively use ChatGPT and other LLM tools
— Apply AI for design, content structuring, analytics, and idea generation
— Build AI-driven workflows to improve speed and scalability
Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in marketing, EdTech, or community-driven products
— Proven experience scaling online communities
— Experience with subscription-based models
— Strong understanding of retention and LTV
— Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising
English Requirements
— Advanced or higher
— Confident spoken English
— Ability to host and moderate live sessions
Candidates without fluent spoken English will not be considered.
