Digital Marketing Account Coordinator / Account Specialist

Direct Hire | E-commerce Marketing Agency

Location: Remote (MT or CT time zones preferred)

Denver-based candidates strongly preferred for monthly co-working meetups

Salary

  • $52,000 – $70,000 annually, dependent on experience

Schedule

  • Time Zones: Mountain Time (MT) or Central Time (CST)
  • Typical Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
  • Occasional weekend check-ins for e-commerce launches (typically brief and communicated upfront)

Reports to: Director, Paid Social

About the Opportunity

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing e-commerce marketing agency to hire an Account Coordinator professional as the agency continues to scale its paid media services.

This role is intentionally flexible—candidates may align most closely with Account Coordinator, Senior Account Coordinator, or Account Strategist, with the ideal hire bringing overlapping experience across multiple digital marketing channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Assist Account Strategists and Channel Specialists with day-to-day campaign execution and management
  • Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs, providing insights and optimization recommendations
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and, at times, clients
  • Collaborate closely with affiliate, influencer, and paid media teams
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Participate in internal strategy sessions and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, working with and for people, answering questions, and supporting client needs
  • Agency experience preferred; in-house to agency transitions are welcome
  • Junior PR backgrounds considered if open to cross-training into performance and affiliate marketing
  • E-commerce experience is important
  • B2C experience strongly preferred

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3+ years of digital marketing experience (level aligned to experience)
  • Exposure to paid, earned, and owned media channels
  • Strong interest in performance-driven marketing and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools

Affiliate & Influencer Tools

  • Affiliate networks such as CJ, Impact, and Partnerize (client-dependent)
  • Influencer platforms (e.g., Creator.co) a plus
  • Affiliate team works closely with paid media, creating a highly integrated approach
