This role will lead oncology brand marketing efforts with a focus on solid tumors and the Canadian market. The Associate Director will shape integrated plans, guide launch readiness, and help drive customer engagement across healthcare providers and other key stakeholders. This position also partners closely with access, pricing, and cross-functional commercial teams to support patient access and strong portfolio performance.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $124,500 – $182,600 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team for solid tumors, driving customer engagement strategies.
- Develop integrated brand plans informed by the Canadian oncology landscape.
- Oversee operational planning for pre- and post-launch activities.
- Collaborate with market access and pricing teams to enhance patient access to therapies.
- Manage commercial brand budgets and drive thought leader engagement.
- Foster innovative tactics to align with healthcare providers.
- Build relationships with patient advocacy groups to enhance portfolio support.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in oncology.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success launching multiple oncology brands.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, or PhD strongly preferred.
- People management and cross-functional team leadership experience.
