Role Purpose:
The Account and Sales Manager - South will help drive growth and revenue for Kukri Sports, in the South of England. This role is responsible for developing and executing the Kukri sales strategy, building strong relationships with customers and distributors while ensuring alignment with the brand’s premium, bespoke positioning.
Please note this will be a remote position with travel required.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to bespoke teamwear.
o Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities across the region.
o Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, focusing on both B2B and B2C channels.
- Client Relationship and Account Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, which may include universities, schools, sports clubs, teams, retailers, and corporate clients.
o Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring bespoke requirements are met with precision.
o Represent the brand at trade shows, sports events, and industry exhibitions.
- Market & Product Insight
o Provide feedback to product development teams to align our offering with market demand.
o Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations in sportswear.
- Commercial & Operational Management
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution agreements.
o Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
o Work closely with marketing, design, and production to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke orders.
Key Requirements:
· Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably within premium sportswear, fashion, or performance apparel.
· Strong experience in bespoke, custom-made, or tailored product sales.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Commercial acumen with ability to balance revenue growth and brand integrity.
· Experience leading multicultural sales teams across multiple regions.
· Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s desirable).
· 2–5+ years’ experience in apparel sales management.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
· Passion for sports, performance apparel, and premium lifestyle brands.
