Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in global mobility or immigration, ideally at a top-tier tech company or F1000, with a best-in-class program. You should be energized by real conversations, able to build long-term trust, and enjoy connecting with peers. You must be a clear, curious communicator, strong in writing and live discussions, able to turn complexity into clarity. Bonus points if you are already connected to the mobility ecosystem through Slack groups, conferences, industry organizations like ERC or SHRM, or your own network, and have experience hosting or participating in events, moderating panels, or contributing to a professional community in meaningful ways.
Job Duties:
- Write and publish insights – own our newsletter and distill immigration updates, compliance risks, and policy shifts into practical takeaways for busy teams.
- Run high-quality events – plan and host virtual and in-person gatherings that are intimate, relevant, and actually worth attending.
- Lead our community strategy – design and run programs that engage mobility professionals, from roundtables and executive dinners to Slack groups and 1:1 connections.
- Host or produce a podcast – help launch a series featuring real conversations with leading voices in mobility and immigration.
- Be the internal voice of the community – surface insights from conversations to inform our product, legal, and content strategies.
- Build trusted relationships – become a go-to resource for Heads of Mobility, HR, Talent, and Legal across our client and partner ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility or immigration, ideally at a top- tier company.
- Active LinkedIn presence with a strong global mobility network.
- Experience at a top- tier tech company, F1000, or consulting firm with a best- in- class program is preferred.
- Already connected to the mobility ecosystem (Slack groups, conferences, ERC, SHRM).
- Experience hosting/participating in events, moderating panels, or community contributions.
- Experience writing for professional audiences (LinkedIn, memos, client updates, published content).
- Experience with U. S. employment- based immigration (O- 1, H- 1B, L- 1, PERM, EB- 1/2).
- Willingness to travel for conferences and events once every two months.
