SEO Specialist Wanted – PLUS Help Build Internal Capability

We’re Koyrel — a values-led consultancy and tech company working at the edge of health, compliance, governance, and AI. We’ve got deep expertise in what we do — but we want the right people to find us.

We’re looking for an SEO consultant who can not only help shape our visibility but also build capability within our small team. You’ll be supported by our staff and mentorship is what we do — your strategic head, proven methods, and clean execution will be highly valued.

What we need:

• SEO site audit (Squarespace platform) — practical, not theoretical

• Tailored keyword research (focused on digital health, risk, ISO, SOC 2, AI governance, etc.)

• On-page optimisation — titles, meta, headers, alt text, internal links

• SEO content structure advice — help us shape a smart blog and service structure

• Technical SEO basics — speed, mobile optimisation, indexing

• Knowledge transfer — support and mentor along the way

You:

• Are confident with Google Search Console, GA4, and a decent keyword tool (Ahrefs/SEMRush/etc.)

• Know how to explain the why, not just the what

• Have worked with B2B brands, regulated sectors, or mission-led startups

• Can balance short-term fixes with long-term strategy

• Are happy collaborating with a founder and a smart generalist staff member learning SEO as part of their role

Engagement:

Starts as a project-based contract with flexibility to move into a longer-term partnership. Work from home (but not work from anywhere - as we are GRC specialists there are some governance obligations for all contractors.)
