The Role
We are looking for an organised, detail-focused E-commerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day running of our email, social and campaign activity. The role is two days per week and can be offered on a contract or part-time basis.
You will keep the website current, accurate and well merchandised, plan and produce our email, Instagram story and TikTok content, and report on channel performance each week. You will work closely with the Founder. The role suits someone who is comfortable managing a recurring weekly and monthly workload independently and to a consistent standard.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
- Shopify image uploads - Optimise and upload product imagery in line with brand guidelines, including product, As Seen On You and How to Wear and Pair imagery.
- Product descriptions - Write accurate, SEO-friendly descriptions for new product launches.
- SEO updates - Optimise product pages, metadata and on-page content to support search visibility.
- Collection merchandising - Refresh "Shop All" and other curated collections fortnightly based on performance and seasonality.
- Homepage banners - Update homepage creative and copy in line with the web banner calendar, campaigns and new arrivals.
Social Media Content & Brand
- EDM ideation - Develop a calendar of timely, brand-led EDMs aligned with the overall marketing content calendar.
- EDM content creation - Design multiple email campaigns per month in line with the marketing calendar, and build them in the CRM using relevant segments and profile data.
- EDM flows - Review and update email flows quarterly so visuals stay consistent with the marketing calendar.
- Instagram stories - Create Instagram story content, repurposing material from email campaigns.
- TikTok content - Create, edit and post regular TikTok content in line with product launches and business-as-usual periods.
- Brand blog - Write and upload one blog post per month aligned with brand storytelling and SEO priorities.
Reporting
- Monthly social media reporting - Track growth, engagement and content performance across each social channel, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Weekly EDM reporting - Report on email campaign and flow performance, including open rate, click-through rate and revenue, with actionable insights and recommendations to improve results week on week.
Campaigns & Events
- Collection launches - Support campaign asset creation for new collection launches.
- Event coordination - Source event materials and supplies for brand events.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' e-commerce experience within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including product uploads, collections, homepage content and metadata
- Experience building email campaigns in Klaviyo or a similar platform
- Working knowledge of SEO for e-commerce product pages and blog content
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to write in a consistent brand voice
- Experience creating and editing short-form video and Instagram story content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar tools
- Confidence pulling and interpreting performance data from Instagram, TikTok, email and Shopify
- Highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage recurring monthly deliverables within a two-day week
- A genuine interest in fashion and design-led brands
- Proactive, with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to look beyond individual tasks
- Bonus: experience coordinating events or supporting collection launch campaigns
