Summary

Konsyl Pharmaceuticals is seeking a remote Amazon Marketplace Coordinator with 3-5 years of relevant Amazon marketplace, e-commerce, or digital merchandising experience to manage day-to-day Amazon execution, including product listings, content updates, competitor monitoring, promotional support, issue tracking, and performance reporting. This role also serves as the primary day-to-day interface with social media and digital marketing agency partners, ensuring supporting digital content, brand messaging, and agency deliverables align with Amazon priorities and broader business goals.

As we expand our Amazon marketplace presence and strengthen digital consumer engagement, we are seeking an Amazon Marketplace Coordinator to manage day-to-day Amazon execution while supporting select social media and digital marketing initiatives. Our products are sold through major retail channels including CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and Amazon, with growing direct-to-consumer and social commerce initiatives.

Position Overview

The Amazon Marketplace Coordinator will manage Konsyl's day-to-day Amazon marketplace execution, including product listings, content updates, competitive monitoring, promotional coordination, issue tracking, and performance follow-up. Social media responsibilities are secondary, with this position serving as the primary interface with social media and digital marketing agency partners to support brand consistency, coordinate content needs, manage follow-up items, and align digital messaging with Amazon and broader brand priorities. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant marketplace, e-commerce, or digital merchandising experience, is highly detail-oriented, and can manage recurring workflows while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Management

·       Manage day-to-day Amazon activity, including product listings, content updates, pricing coordination, promotional execution, and issue resolution

·       Monitor Amazon product pages daily for accuracy, availability, customer experience, ratings, reviews, and competitive activity

·       Conduct regular Amazon competitor analysis, including pricing, positioning, product content, reviews, promotions, keywords, and merchandising tactics, to identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion

·       Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain optimized product titles, images, descriptions, A+ content, keywords, and brand store updates

·       Support Amazon advertising, promotions, coupons, and retail readiness initiatives with agency or marketplace partners

·       Track Amazon performance trends, surface operational issues, and recommend improvements to strengthen conversion, visibility, and customer satisfaction

·       Coordinate Amazon-related requests, deadlines, assets, reporting inputs, and cross-functional follow-up

Amazon Reporting & Digital Analysis

·       Track and report on Amazon marketplace performance indicators, including content quality, conversion drivers, promotional activity, competitive movement, ratings, reviews, and customer experience trends

·       Prepare monthly Amazon and digital marketplace performance summaries for leadership review

·       Monitor relevant digital performance inputs, including website traffic, email sign-ups, and social-attributed activity that support Amazon and marketplace priorities

·       Analyze content performance to identify themes, formats, and timing that may improve Amazon visibility, marketplace conversion, and supporting digital engagement

·       Benchmark Amazon and related digital performance against category competitors

Cross-Functional Amazon Support

·       Partner with Trade Marketing on retailer-specific Amazon priorities, promotional support, and related digital content needs

·       Support product launches with Amazon-ready content, marketplace coordination, and related digital support

·       Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Regulatory/Legal teams to support Amazon content accuracy, customer response needs, and claims compliance

·       Align supporting social and digital messaging with Amazon priorities and key retail initiatives

Agency Coordination & Social Media Support

·       Serve as the primary day-to-day interface with social media and digital marketing agency partners, ensuring timely approvals, clear feedback, coordinated asset delivery, and consistent follow-through on agency deliverables

·       Review agency-developed content for brand voice consistency, regulatory alignment, and connection to Amazon and broader digital priorities

·       Consolidate agency updates, deliverables, and performance inputs for internal leadership review

Content Coordination & Digital Support

·       Support supplemental social and digital content needs tied to product launches, promotions, company news, and Amazon-related priorities

·       Maintain a streamlined content calendar and digital asset library for agency, Amazon, and internal marketing needs

·       Maintain brand voice guidelines and capture select content opportunities as needed

Community Monitoring & Engagement Support

·       Monitor social channels for comments, messages, brand mentions, and customer issues, coordinating responses or escalations with agency and internal partners

·       Surface community themes, sentiment, and creator or advocate opportunities for agency or leadership review

·       Support user-generated content coordination, including permissions, curation, and republishing

Social Platform Support

·       Support social profile maintenance, link-in-bio tools, email capture integrations, and TikTok Shop coordination with agency partners

·       Stay current on relevant platform updates, social commerce features, and competitor activity that support Amazon and brand visibility priorities

·       Share concise observations on platform trends, industry benchmarks, and opportunities for supporting digital engagement

Required Qualifications

Experience

·       3-5 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or a related marketplace role

·       Demonstrated experience managing product listings, marketplace content, promotions, or digital shelf execution

·       Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams

·       Experience supporting social media, digital marketing, or agency coordination in a secondary or collaborative capacity

Amazon & Marketplace Skills

·       Ability to manage day-to-day Amazon workflows with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination

·       Ability to interpret marketplace, content, and digital performance data and translate insights into practical recommendations

·       Understanding of Amazon merchandising, digital shelf optimization, and e-commerce best practices

·       Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, Amazon content standards, and marketplace merchandising best practices

·       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Supporting Social & Digital Skills

·       Clear written communication for brand, platform, customer, and Amazon support needs

·       Familiarity with social media tools, content calendars, and digital asset coordination

·       Basic creative support, including Canva, short-form video coordination, or light content editing

·       Working knowledge of social commerce and content compliance considerations

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

·       Experience with health, wellness, or supplement brands

·       Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms

·       Experience with influencer relationship management and creator partnerships

·       Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency to support market initiatives

·       Understanding of TikTok Shop operations and affiliate creator programs

·       Exposure to Amazon advertising coordination, marketplace promotions, brand store updates, or Seller Central/Vendor Central workflows

·       Familiarity with social listening tools or sentiment analysis

·       Photography and/or videography skills
