Partnerships Director Build the channels that bring customers at scale. This is a senior BD role focused on building strategic partnerships that create durable distribution for VaultLeap. You'll identify, negotiate, and close deals with platforms, integrators, and ecosystem players who can bring our product to their existing customer base. You'll define our partnership strategy before we have a team to execute it. What you'll do
- →Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities across key verticals
- →Lead end-to-end partnership deals: sourcing, term negotiation, contract execution, and launch
- →Build co-marketing and referral programs with partner organizations
- →Develop integration and API partner programs with complementary platforms
- →Represent VaultLeap in discussions with potential partners, investors, and industry stakeholders
- →Define partnership KPIs and track performance across the portfolio
- →Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to scope and deliver integrations
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in business development or partnerships — fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS infrastructure required
- ✓Track record closing high-value strategic deals, not just managing existing accounts
- ✓Strong commercial instincts: you can model a deal, negotiate terms, and close independently
- ✓Deep network in the fintech, payments, or financial services ecosystem
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communicator — you represent the company at the highest levels
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and building partnership infrastructure from zero
Nice to have
- +Relationships with payroll platforms, EOR providers, accounting software, or B2B marketplaces
- +Experience building API or technology partnership programs
- +Prior experience at a fintech scaling through partnerships (Stripe, Plaid, Brex, or comparable)
- +Spanish fluency or experience in LATAM markets
