This role will define how we position our brand in the enterprise market by shaping the stories, campaigns, and programs that drive new business and strengthen and grow relationships with our clients.

As Director of B2B Marketing, you will oversee the full employer marketing funnel from awareness, demand generation and sales enablement, as well own and execute Kindbody’s LinkedIn strategy to grow thought leadership,  brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.  You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Communications to craft compelling narratives and clear, market-ready messaging and tools that drive adoption. This role requires a strategic executor with the ability to own strategy as well as hands on execution across all B2B marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Insights: Conduct market and competitive research to inform differentiation and storytelling.

  • B2B Messaging Framework: Develop and refine positioning, value proposition, and messaging across Kindbody’s solutions portfolio (fertility, family-building, menopause, pre and post pregnancy support and whole person care).

  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales to build and maintain enablement materials including sales/pitch decks, one pagers, battlecards, case studies, and RFP content.

  • Lead Generation: Develop webinars, white papers/eguides, email and LinkedIn campaigns, targeted social media content, and thought leadership articles to attract and engage prospects, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and drive conversions.

  • Marketing Operations: Build dashboards for event ROI, email conversion, paid campaign performance, and Linkedin engagement.

Experience

  • 8 + years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, benefits, HR technology, or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of the fertility-benefits landscape, including brokers, consultants, and plan-design dynamics.

  • Proven experience developing go-to-market messaging and sales enablement tools for enterprise audiences.

  • Excellent project-management and stakeholder-communication skills.

  • Experience managing competitive analyses, messaging frameworks, and content refreshes.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot/Marketo  or similar marketing automation tools

  • Strong business operations experience and acumen

  • Results-oriented with the desire and ability to work in a collaborative high growth environment

  • Strong written and communications skills with attention to detail

  • Experience with Linkedin paid and earned programs to drive visibility and engagement among benefits buyers and consultants.
