Position Overview

Kin Euphorics is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth.

This role will play a critical part in shaping Kin’s brand narrative and executing marketing strategies across digital, retail, experiential, and partnership channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that support overall company growth objectives.
  • Help refine Kin’s brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channels.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the functional beverage, alcohol-alternative, and wellness markets.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans including campaign calendars, product launches, and brand initiativesDigital Marketing & Consumer Engagement
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid social, email marketing, influencer collaborations, SEO and performance marketing
  • Oversee the execution of consumer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, engagement metrics
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing efficiency and customer lifetime value.

Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns across digital platforms, retail channels, and events.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track ROI.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives.

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Oversee the creation of compelling brand content across platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, digital ads, retail marketing materials
  • Work closely with creative teams and external partners to ensure all content aligns with Kin’s brand identity and voice.
  • Develop storytelling initiatives that communicate Kin’s mission and functional benefits.

Retail & Experiential Marketing

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support retail marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, merchandising, and product launches.
  • Support experiential marketing programs such as events, pop-ups, sampling activations, brand partnerships
  • Help strengthen Kin’s presence within key retail and lifestyle communities.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics in the beverage and wellness industries.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product positioning and growth.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on marketing performance and strategic opportunities.

QualificationsExperience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth marketing within consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverages, or wellness brands.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with startup or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Experience managing relationships with creative agencies, influencers, and media partners.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong background in marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, influencer partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing performance metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative direction capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced business training is a plus.
