Are you a confident connector who thrives on meaningful conversations and converting interest into action? At Kick Off Marketing, we’re looking for a dynamic Appointment Setter who’s hungry to drive growth and be rewarded for performance.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Initiate conversations with new prospects via our inbound marketing channels, LinkedIn outreach, and social media strategy.

• Conduct warm outbound follow-ups and DM engagement to rebook missed calls and re-engage cold leads.

• Pre-qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our service offerings and ethos.

• Collaborate with the founder to optimize messaging, identify growth opportunities, and strategize outreach.

📈 Targets & KPIs

• Book 30+ qualified calls per month through organic and outbound channels.

• Maintain a minimum 20% set-to-close ratio.

• Help Kick Off Marketing generate £50,000+ in new revenue each month through coaching and service delivery.

• Complete daily CRM updates, track leads and performance metrics.

• Participate in weekly planning calls and share end-of-day reports to refine our outreach strategy

💰 Compensation Structure

• First 3 Months: Commission is 20% per business acquired
• Post 3 Months: £500/week base + performance-based growth Base pay may increase as Kick Off Marketing scales
• Bonus Performance: Incentives Aligned with new revenue milestones
• Expected Earnings: £2,500–£4,000/month (with strong results) Highly achievable if you’re consistent
