Role Overview

We are hiring Affiliate Marketing Managers to bring high value leads, secure partnerships and close clients for our premium offers. You will work with decision makers, agency leaders and B2B innovators who want visibility credibility and competitive power.

Your mission is clear. Build pipeline. Spark conversations. Close high ticket deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit top tier affiliates, creators and B2B partners
• Build relationships with founders and CEOs
• Promote The Intelligence Frontier and related high ticket services
• Manage affiliate onboarding with assets that convert
• Track affiliate performance and optimise revenue
• Pitch qualified prospects and close deals valued at £10,000 to £20,000
• Create positioning angles for AI SaaS and B2B verticals
• Represent K-Dems Consulting with discipline loyalty and impact

Required Skills and Experience

• Background in affiliate marketing partnerships or sales
• Proven experience closing high ticket offers
• Strong persuasion and communication skills
• Ability to build trust quickly
• High emotional intelligence
• Performance driven mindset
• Familiarity with AI tools content funnels and digital marketing
• Ability to work independently with precision and speed
