Marketing Designer (m/f/d)

JustRelate is a software vendor based in France, Germany, and Poland specializing in digital solutions for 650 customers - all B2B, such as large enterprises and the public sector. 200 teammates develop and sell various SaaS offerings to create comprehensive customer engagement platforms, including CRM, DXP, Marketing Automation, and Email Builder software. In a new growth phase, JustRelate is looking for a Marketing Designer.

Responsibilities:

Visual Identity & Brand Image

• Ensure brand identity consistency across all communication media (print, digital, video, events, etc.).
• Adapt the brand's graphic universe across different channels, respecting the brand guidelines.
• Participate in brand image evolution in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.

Social Media Content Creation

• Design visuals and animations for social media (static posts, carousels, videos, gifs).
• Collaborate on strategic thinking around the monthly editorial calendar.
• Develop content verticals adapted to the editorial strategy.
• Provide support for content writing.
• Community management (post scheduling, responding to comments, sharing posts with employees).

Marketing & Communication Materials

• Design and layout resources for prospects and clients: white papers, portfolios, case studies, email templates, etc.
• Create internal and external communication materials (presentations, masterclasses, sales materials, training materials...).
• Participate in web mockup design for the website, use cases and landing pages.

Video Editing & Motion Design

• Create video content for social media or communication materials (script, storyboard, editing, subtitling, motion design).

Event & Print Design

• Design materials for events (stands, signage, banners, flyers, merchandise...).
• Ensure file preparation for printing.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong grasp of visual design principles for both print and digital.
• Experience with motion design and video editing workflows.
• Familiarity with brand systems, content strategy, and visual consistency across platforms.
• Understanding of print production standards and digital design constraints.
• Experience designing for social media, presentations, and web-based platforms.
