Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Creator Growth Specialist to join our team and support the expansion of JUS Official Services’ client base. This role combines strategic outreach and hands-on execution, helping creators and influencers implement effective growth and marketing campaigns. This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor position with opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and engage with creators, influencers, and digital talent who would benefit from JUS’ Growth & Marketing services
• Educate potential clients on service offerings, brand growth strategies, and campaign opportunities
• Manage signed accounts by implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and audience growth initiatives
• Maintain organized records of outreach, contracts, campaigns, and client progress
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and revenue
• Represent JUS professionally across all communications and client interactions

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media, creator management, digital marketing, or influencer outreach
• Strong understanding of content strategies, social media platforms, and audience growth tactics
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional, reliable, and results-oriented mindset
