Work Directly with Founders This is a highly visible role where you'll partner directly with company leadership and have a seat at the table for key marketing, creator, and growth initiatives. You'll help influence strategy while seeing the direct impact of your work on the business. Own High-Growth Channels You'll lead some of the fastest-growing areas of modern marketing, including influencer partnerships, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, creator programs, and organic social media. Make a Visible Impact In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence revenue, brand awareness, social commerce growth, creator partnerships, and overall business performance. Job Details What You'll Own: Influencer marketing and creator partnership strategy TikTok Shop growth and affiliate program management Organic social media across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Creator sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship management Agency oversight and performance management Social commerce and influencer-driven revenue growth AI-powered content and workflow optimization Social media team leadership and content planning Event activations and creator experiences Budget management and performance reporting Ideal Background: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, or social commerce Experience managing TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems Strong negotiation experience with creators, agencies, and external partners Proven success within high-growth DTC, eCommerce, CPG, or wellness brands Deep understanding of social media performance metrics, including CAC, CPM, ROAS, engagement, and GMV Experience managing cross-functional projects and small teams Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution Strong familiarity with AI tools and AI-driven marketing workflows Success in This Role Looks Like: Growing creator and influencer partnerships that drive measurable business results Scaling TikTok Shop and affiliate channel performance Increasing audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness across social channels Building repeatable creator acquisition and management processes Identifying and implementing innovative AI tools to improve efficiency Developing clear reporting frameworks that connect marketing activities to business outcomes Best Fit For: A builder who thrives at the intersection of social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, AI, and eCommerce.
