Role Overview

We are hiring an SEO Specialist to grow organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic. The role owns the full SEO function — technical audits, content optimization, link building, and performance tracking — turning organic search into a scalable acquisition channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes across site architecture, performance, and crawlability

- Perform keyword research and develop content strategies aligned with search intent across the buyer journey

- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and structured data

- Plan and execute link acquisition campaigns through editorial outreach and partnership programs

- Monitor organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms; report on traffic, rankings, and conversion impact

- Partner with content, engineering, and product teams to embed SEO into ongoing initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years in SEO with a track record of measurable organic traffic growth

- Strong technical SEO foundation — crawl, index, render, performance

- Hands-on with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console

- Working knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action

- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
