This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Growth Manager in United States. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of growth initiatives, focusing on both digital and in-person events, campaigns, and full-funnel demand generation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to design innovative campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer with experience in B2B SaaS, a passion for experimentation, and a keen interest in leveraging AI to optimize marketing performance. You will analyze metrics, iterate quickly on campaigns, and continuously improve lead generation and conversion processes. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence directly impact business results. Accountabilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns that generate MQLs and convert into revenue.
  • Execute campaigns across multiple channels including paid media, webinars, email nurture, ABM, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Run rapid experiments to test channels, messaging, offers, and landing pages, scaling successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead flow, scoring, routing, and follow-up SLAs.
  • Develop dashboards to measure CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, win rates, and ROI.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaign alignment and fuel growth initiatives.
  • Introduce innovative demand generation strategies such as PLG campaigns, virtual events, and agency collaborations.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign speed, creativity, and overall impact.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably mid-market or enterprise-focused.
  • Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep expertise in channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, attribution, Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, and Excel.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or strong interest in integrating AI into marketing workflows.
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Track record of scaling marketing programs from scratch in high-growth companies.
