Accountabilities
- Lead creative ideation and production of multimedia content across platforms, including short-form video, photography, reels, animations, and campaign assets.
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that strengthens brand identity, drives engagement, and builds community loyalty.
- Capture and translate real-world stories into compelling digital narratives that resonate with tradespeople, DIYers, and frontline professionals.
- Build, nurture, and manage influencer and creator partnerships, ensuring authenticity, reach, and long-term brand alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to develop campaigns that connect with core audiences.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms and regions.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, approvals, and publishing using tools such as Meta Business Suite and project management platforms.
- Monitor performance analytics, experiment with new formats, and continuously optimize content for engagement and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital content strategy, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or product-driven brands.
- Strong creative storytelling ability, with hands-on experience in photo and video production.
- Deep understanding of platform trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies across major social channels.
- Experience managing influencer or ambassador programs, including outreach, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance creative production and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Premiere, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar software is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and appreciation for blue-collar, trade, and DIY communities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
