This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager based in the United States. This is a high-output, creator-led social media role focused on building and scaling brand and executive presence across major platforms including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will own the full content lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to production, publishing, and performance iteration. The role blends creative production, editorial strategy, and growth experimentation, with a strong emphasis on speed, volume, and taste-driven execution. You will use AI tools daily to accelerate workflows, but your creative judgment will define what actually gets published. Operating in a fast-paced, AI-native environment, you will help shape how a modern tech brand shows up in culture. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a creator, builds like a producer, and optimizes like a growth marketer. Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end social media content production, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, design, and publishing across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute a high-frequency publishing strategy for both brand and executive social channels
- Write and adapt executive-level social content, capturing authentic voice across LinkedIn and X
- Build and iterate on a platform-specific content strategy, identifying formats, hooks, and cadences that drive engagement
- Experiment with content formats, analyze performance data, and scale repeatable high-performing content systems
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate production while maintaining strong editorial quality and brand consistency
- Respond rapidly to cultural and industry trends, producing timely, high-quality reactive content
- Engage with audiences through comments and community interactions to strengthen brand voice and visibility
- Collaborate with internal creatives, product marketing, and external contractors to scale content output efficiently
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and shareability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally in a high-growth or creator-driven environment
- Proven ability to personally create and ship high-performing social content at scale
- Strong skills in copywriting, short-form video production, editing, and visual content creation
- Deep understanding of platform dynamics across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Experience using AI tools (LLMs, image/video generation, automation tools) as part of a daily production workflow
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to distinguish high-quality content from AI-generated or low-quality output
- Ability to think in systems and build repeatable content frameworks rather than one-off posts
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and iterating based on data
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with rapid content cycles and shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams
- On-camera comfort for content creation when needed
- Portfolio demonstrating personal content creation and measurable growth outcomes
