The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will oversee project management, marketing technology systems, and performance reporting to ensure campaigns and organizational objectives are achieved. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining strong alignment across teams. Accountabilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional marketing projects, including website rebuilds, virtual events, and multi-team campaigns.
- Coordinate departmental initiatives, maintain timelines, track progress, and ensure key milestones are met.
- Implement and manage project management tools to enhance workflow visibility, operational efficiency, and team alignment.
- Oversee marketing technology (MarTech) stack, including automation, analytics, CMS, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Ensure MarTech systems are fully integrated to support scalable processes, campaign execution, and performance insights.
- Develop, manage, and enhance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment between marketing and sales processes, data flow, and campaign management.
- Document and optimize marketing processes, manage project resources, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or MarTech administration.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology tools, including Salesforce Account Engagement, GA4, CMS platforms, SEO tools, and social media management software.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce marketing tools, including campaigns, email/landing pages, lists, and forms. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist preferred.
- Proven project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with evolving business needs.
