This role is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid and performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will manage budgets, campaign performance, website engagement, SEO, email marketing, and innovative technologies while guiding a data-driven approach to decision-making. This is a fully remote role with the opportunity to influence digital strategy across a growing organization. Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, programmatic, and emerging channels
- Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet organizational goals
- Guide website content, UX, and design initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion
- Lead SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic traffic growth
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing initiatives to increase engagement and referrals
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and refine strategies
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, AI, and marketing automation to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in multi-unit or healthcare environments
- Expertise in paid search, social media marketing, programmatic advertising, and analytics
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing funnel management
- Advanced experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign management software
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and adjust strategies to optimize ROI
- Experience with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies; agency experience is a plus
