This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing strategies for the Healthcare Solutions and Technologies segment across Western Europe. You'll drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and strategically position our product lines, including Surfaces, Safe Patient Handling, and Stretchers. Your efforts will not only boost brand awareness but also contribute to the overall mission of transforming healthcare delivery.   • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global initiatives.
  • Manage portfolio profitability and rationalize products as necessary.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HST market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
  • Create and manage product marketing plans, including launches and campaigns.
  • Develop promotional support tools for distributor partners.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Provide insights and reports to stakeholders regarding marketing performance.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing and product marketing experience.
  • Demonstrable success in executing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Western European HST market.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
