This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead high-impact marketing events and experiential initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive business growth. You will oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, tentpole events, facility tours, and special activations, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics while defining metrics for success. This position allows you to influence brand storytelling, inspire teams, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment. Frequent travel and engagement with multiple locations will be part of the role, providing a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events and trade show strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Lead planning and onsite management of trade shows, tentpole events, facility tours, and company special events, including vendor contracts, logistics, and event setup/teardown.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams to integrate events into multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, PR).
- Track and report event performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage event budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
- Inspire creative thinking to enhance engagement, brand storytelling, and lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in trade shows, event marketing, experiential brand management, or partnerships.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams on shared goals.
- Financial acumen and experience managing mid-to-large-scale event budgets.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as needed.
- Critical skills include self-motivation, accountability, decision-making, adaptability, and virtual team collaboration.
