One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Demand Generation in the United States. We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader to drive the next phase of B2B demand generation. As Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a high-performing team to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and revenue. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance campaign strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, content, and partner marketing. You'll be responsible for creating scalable programs that engage key personas and decision-makers, while continuously optimizing performance through data-driven insights. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated demand generation strategies across channels such as email, paid media, social, events, and ABM
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers and BDRs, supporting both professional growth and performance
  • Align closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create relevant, targeted campaigns for core personas
  • Own pipeline metrics and continuously analyze campaign performance to drive decisions, optimize ROI, and meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor campaigns to market needs, leveraging insights and testing frameworks
  • Drive and manage co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to expand reach and generate shared pipeline
  • Oversee demand generation budget allocation and optimize investments based on performance data

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong background in SaaS and multi-channel campaigns
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise-level demand generation, ABM strategies, and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity personas or experience in a cybersecurity-related environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo and Clari (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize across initiatives, and meet/exceed KPIs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven marketing
  • Adaptable, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong focus on execution and results
