- Lead the marketing analytics function with clarity and strategic relevance.
- Provide foresight to drive company-wide decisions on marketing and financial planning.
- Design and implement marketing measurement frameworks like multi-touch attribution.
- Partner with FP&A to align forecasts with financial outcomes.
- Translate data into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic partner across Marketing and Consumer Insights to drive growth.
- Build a scalable analytics infrastructure using best practices and tools.
- Recruit and develop analytics talent as the function scales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading marketing analytics functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience with measurement frameworks including multi-touch attribution.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
