- Lead and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, retargeting, and content syndication to drive qualified pipeline.
- Incorporate AI and SEM best practices to improve site performance, content discoverability, and overall digital effectiveness.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website conversion and user experience.
- Monitor website performance using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools, collaborating with content and web teams to implement improvements.
- Continuously assess media efficiency, lead quality, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates, presenting insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with Campaigns, Content, and Product Marketing teams to align digital execution with broader go-to-market strategies.
- Bring forward ideas that challenge assumptions, improve team performance, and enhance overall marketing results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of in-house B2B digital marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in software or technology.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing paid media channels and optimizing digital performance.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, digital attribution models, and revenue-oriented KPIs.
- Proven experience designing and managing CRO programs, including A/B testing, UX improvements, and behavioral analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing internal initiatives and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, DreamData, or similar tools, and familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience managing CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Nice-to-have: experience managing marketing websites, growth-stage SaaS exposure, content personalization, SQL or BI tools, and selling software to finance, product, or engineering roles.
