  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
  • Identify inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content, including material related to hate speech, fraud, misinformation, or other safety concerns.
  • Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex moderation cases to senior teams when additional review is required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly throughout all moderation activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a secure, respectful, and compliant digital environment for platform users worldwide.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess sensitive or potentially disturbing content objectively and fairly.
  • Familiarity with moderation workflows, online community guidelines, and digital platform safety standards.
  • Good understanding of cultural nuances and how they may impact online interactions and content interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly document moderation decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing productivity and accuracy targets.
