This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Campaign Retention Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will oversee and enhance customer retention and lifecycle campaigns. Your impact will be felt across our user base as you ensure personalized, compliant, and effective communication strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help our partner company adapt and thrive in a competitive fintech landscape while advocating for sound financial practices.   • Manage all retention-stage lifecycle campaigns and communications
  • Operationalise retention strategies defined by Growth and CRM leadership
  • Create, build, deploy, and optimise CRM journeys across multiple communication channels
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement lifecycle interventions
  • Maintain complex audience segmentation frameworks
  • Monitor retention performance and report against defined KPIs
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and retention
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, KYC, and financial regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for consistent and compliant execution
  • Maintain governance documentation for campaigns and compliance processes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle or retention campaign management
  • Good understanding of marketing automation and segmentation logic
  • Strong familiarity with customer lifecycle management and retention strategy
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Advanced segmentation and audience management experience
  • Analytical skills using CRM and app analytics
  • High attention to detail in compliance and campaign execution
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
