We’re working with a fast-growing Australian tech iGaming company that blends sport, media, and entertainment into one dynamic user experience. With strong foundations in product delivery and betting expertise already in place, they’re now looking to bring in a Senior Product Manager with a fresh lens and someone which is deeply rooted in B2C, UX, and engagement-driven design.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a backend-heavy delivery role, this is all about customer management and product feel as much as function. You’ll take ownership of features and flows that make the platform more engaging and intuitive with every release.

We’re after someone who thinks like a user, not just from a tech headspace. Someone with a background in apps or platforms that win through clever design, and smooth user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and lead user-centric product initiatives across mobile and web
• Champion intuitive design and UX, partnering closely with design and marketing teams
• Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to prioritise impactful product updates
• Work cross-functionally to simplify flows and optimise retention.
• Continuously test, learn, and improve from idea to release

What We’re Looking For

• Strong B2C product experience, ideally in consumer apps, mobile-first platforms, or high-growth tech.
• A clear understanding of UX and visual design principles. You don’t have to be a designer, but a passion and interest fro design.
• Experience working alongside marketing and design teams to improve customer journeys
• A passion for user-led discovery, testing, and engagement
• Bonus: exposure to CRM tools, Martech, gamification, or betting products
