About JELY Marketing
JELY Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on SEO, paid media, and website strategy for service-based businesses. We value thoughtful execution, clean processes, and long-term results. Our work is rooted in strategy and data, not shortcuts. While we are open to working with just about all industries, our primary focus is the legal and home service industry.

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own and execute SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining SEO campaigns from technical audits to content creation and on-page optimization.

- Provide clear, actionable recommendations and track resolution

- Set up and validate SEO tracking where needed
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, GA4, and event-based reporting is a major plus
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
- Contribute to client-facing reporting and insights

- Experience with Surfer SEO and Screaming Frog
- Demonstrated experience publishing and managing content in WordPress
- Working knowledge of Shopify and other CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content strategy

- Takes ownership of work and follows tasks through to completion
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Communicates clearly and proactively
Work Environment & Expectations
- Fully remote position
- Core collaboration hours align with Eastern Time
- Full-time employees are expected to track working hours and manage tasks responsibly
- Strong organizational skills and self-management are essential
