We are searching for a Meta Media Buyer for an AI-powered media project building and scaling multi-niche social media assets through content automation and paid growth. From curiosity and viral news to sustainability and business, we engineer content systems that grow and monetize at scale.

Tasks

We're looking for an elite Media Buyer who lives inside Meta Ads Manager, thrives on iteration, and can bring in fans at an average CPF ≤ €0.010. That’s your North Star.

You’ll be responsible for growing Facebook pages across multiple verticals—curiosity, green, economy, news, and beyond—through creative testing, data-backed insights, and tight coordination with our organic content team.

• Test rapidly: copy, creatives, audiences, placements—until cost per fan drops
• Kill underperforming ads fast and double down on winners
• Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to boost top-performing organic posts
• Deliver weekly performance reports with sharp insights: wins, losses, next moves

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (FB/IG)
• Proven success in fan acquisition campaigns (preferably in multi-niche environments)
• Ability to explain campaign performance clearly and concisely
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
