Director of Growth - DTC Apparel & Active Lifestyle
A fast-scaling apparel & active lifestyle brand is hiring a Director of Growth to own and scale its end-to-end commercial growth engine across acquisition, retention, conversion, and creative performance.
This is a systems-building role, focused on connecting paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and creative output into a single revenue engine.
The business has strong product-market fit and is entering its next phase of scaling from strong channel performance to a fully integrated growth system driven by efficiency, testing velocity,
and customer lifetime value.
What you’ll own
- Customer acquisition across paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
- Lifecycle & retention marketing (email, SMS, CRM, subscriptions)
- Conversion rate optimisation across Shopify (PDPs, checkout, bundles)
- Creative performance system (high-velocity testing + performance-led creative teams)
- Growth analytics (CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion, retention)
Experience
- 8–12+ years in ecommerce / DTC / growth leadership
- Proven scaling experience in consumer brands ($50M–$500M+)
- Strong expertise across paid acquisition, CRO, CRM, and performance creative
- Experience leading or building creative + media performance systems
- Strong commercial fluency (CAC, LTV, AOV, margin)
Ideal profile
- VP Growth / Director in high-growth DTC
- Head of Performance Marketing expanded into full funnel ownership
- Senior ecommerce operator owning acquisition + retention + CRO
