This role requires managing multimillion-dollar monthly budgets across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max. You’ll partner with creative teams to optimize performance, mine data for scaling opportunities, and take full ownership of channel profitability and customer acquisition costs. What You Will Do

• Manage and scale Google Ads, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns to seven-figure monthly budgets while maintaining profitability.
• Analyze daily performance data and search terms to identify scaling opportunities and optimize channel efficiency relentlessly.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate performance data into high-impact creative briefs and winning ad variations.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of personally scaling Google and YouTube accounts to multiple seven-figures in monthly profitable ad spend.
• Expert-level technical knowledge of Search, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms with a data-driven, numbers-first optimization mindset.
• Experience working with high-growth DTC or consumer technology brands in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment.
