Job Description As a Founder’s Associate at cloro, you will operate as a force multiplier for the founders, taking full ownership of critical systems across marketing, finance, and product operations. You will build AI-native workflows using Claude to automate recurring tasks, solve unowned problems, and help a lean team scale effectively while managing a billion-call API infrastructure. What You Will Do

• Build and manage internal systems for revenue reporting, pricing analysis, and financial modeling to ensure data-driven decision-making for the board and founders.
• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including the development of landing pages, lifecycle email sequences, and performance reporting to drive the sales pipeline.
• Translate founder-led product concepts into detailed technical specs and feedback loops, bridging the gap between high-level vision and engineering execution.

The ideal candidate

• You have 2-5 years of high-performance experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operations at a venture-backed startup.
• You are technically "dangerous," possessing the ability to write SQL, work with APIs, and build complex models without needing constant engineering support.
• You are genuinely AI-native, with hands-on experience building agents and writing advanced context prompts for LLMs like Claude to automate recurring workflows.
