What You Will Do

• Build and scale affiliate revenue through social commerce channels, focusing specifically on TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop.
• Recruit and manage a network of affiliate creators while overseeing program performance on platforms like Awin and Impact.
• Identify winning content formats and brief creators to develop high-converting assets that drive consistent GMV growth.

• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs in the UK health, beauty, or wellness categories.
• Deep technical expertise with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, or Rakuten and social commerce tools.
