Rate: £15 per hour

Hours & Availability:

This is a flexible role. Workload will vary week-to-week depending on campaign needs, so there are no guaranteed minimum weekly hours. Assignments will be shared as they come in. We ask for availability to complete tasks within 72 hours of request.

Role Description:

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Paid Media Content Creator to produce high-quality static ad creatives for use across paid social and digital advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design who understands how to create visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and brand engagement.

Accountabilities As A Content Creator:

  • Design static ad creatives (images, graphics, promotional visuals) for paid media campaigns.
  • Adapt creatives to fit different platforms and formats (Meta).
  • Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all ad content.
  • Deliver projects within an agreed turnaround time (typically up to 72 working hours).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and creative direction.

Team Collaboration:

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
  • Effective internal communication to ensure team alignment and campaign success
  • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in continuous training and professional development activities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for improvement

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience creating ad creatives for paid social or digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop or similar).
  • Understanding of what makes an effective performance-driven ad design.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to handle ad-hoc creative requests.
