The Role - Marketing Director The Marketing Director is responsible for leading EOS Worldwide’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. This role drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels to strengthen the EOS brand, support Implementer growth, and accelerate adoption of EOS tools and services globally. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in brand, digital, and community marketing. They are passionate about entrepreneurial growth, data-driven decision-making, and delivering meaningful marketing outcomes that expand EOS’s impact and online presence. This person must be a Core Values fit and fully aligned to the greater good of EOS and those we serve. The right candidate honors what’s made EOS successful, respects “what works” (and what doesn’t), and resists the temptation to reinvent or overcomplicate. The Marketing Director focuses on getting back to the basics — driving growth through our proven flywheel of books, referrals, Implementers, and events/workshops. They are an essentialist thinker who values simplicity, truth through data, and practical results over big budgets or complex campaigns. This position will report directly to EOS Worldwide’s Integrator. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute EOS’s integrated marketing strategy in alignment with company vision and growth goals.
  • Oversee brand management to ensure consistency across all communications, digital platforms, and community touchpoints.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and alignment with EOS Core Values.
  • Create and maintain one clear funnel: Visitors → Academy → Warm Leads → Boot Camp → Implementer (“The Car Wash”).
  • Respect the EOS Model and its proven tools — no “vision within a vision.”

Brand & Demand Generation

  • Drive growth through the EOS flywheel — books, referrals, Implementers, and events/workshops.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns that build the pipeline for the EOS Academy, EOS Implementers, warm leads, and events.
  • Manage digital presence, including website, SEO, paid media, content strategy, and social channels.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral, thought leadership content, and success stories that highlight the EOS impact.
  • Understand that if it doesn’t drive leads or Implementer success — we don’t do it.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Define and monitor key marketing KPIs, ensuring accountability for performance and ROI.
  • Stay current on trends in marketing, digital engagement, and business services to keep EOS marketing innovative and effective.
  • Leverage network-effect marketing over paid media or elaborate campaigns; think grassroots, relational, and value-driven.
  • Use data relentlessly to pursue truth, track performance, and continuously fine-tune results.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must share EOS Worldwide’s Vision and Core Values.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in business services, franchising, or professional development.
  • Proven success driving lead generation and brand growth through network-based or referral-based marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital funnels, CRM, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Expert with HubSpot
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools
  • Experience leading through change and refocusing teams toward simplicity and impact while achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to create an environment that values diverse perspectives, promotes open communication, and fosters creativity and accountability.

  • Ability to be productive and collaborative in a remote work environment.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, business growth, and EOS.

Location: Remote position with occasional travel for EOS events and on-site collaborative meetings as required. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation Range: $160,000- $190,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus the potential for a performance-based bonus. This posted range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs.
