CRM/Retention Manager

🚀 We’re hiring: Senior CRM Retention Manager

We are an iGaming company with 1,300+ professionals and 10+ successful projects operating across Tier 1–3 markets. Now we’re looking for a strong CRM Retention Manager to help us grow player engagement, retention, and revenue across key GEOs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM retention strategies focused on player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Launch and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other channels.
• Manage player segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys.
• Analyze CRM performance using key metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, ROI, Conversion Rate.
• Create and optimize promotional offers, bonus campaigns, loyalty programs, and reactivation activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BI, and Analytics teams to improve player experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming.
• Experience with Tier-1 markets (+Turkey geo)
• Strong understanding of retention strategies, segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotional mechanics.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico will be a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Intermediate English will be a plus
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skillsNice to Have:

• Experience with Casino and Sportsbook products.
• Experience with BI tools and A/B testing.
