About the Role:

Are you a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to take control of your earning potential? Involve Digital is seeking commission-only Sales Reps to join our growth-focused team! You’ll bring in new business for our full suite of digital marketing services—paid digital advertising, SEO, website design & development, lead generation campaigns, and more—working with clients in any industry across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate and close new client opportunities for digital marketing services
  • Engage decision-makers (professional services, healthcare, B2B, retail, SaaS, trades—any sector you know)
  • Consult with prospects, diagnose pain points, and propose tailored solutions to help those businesses achieve the growth they are looking for.
  • Work independently and manage your pipeline—complete flexibility and remote work.

What We Offer:

  • Uncapped, lifetime commissions: Earn 15–20% of all net revenue your client spends, for as long as they remain with us
  • Recurring monthly income: Build a base of clients and get paid every month

About You:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (digital/marketing/tech experience highly regarded)
  • Proven track record of winning new business or building client portfolios
  • Excellent communicator and strong closer
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working without micro-management
  • Comfortable with commission-only, high-reward roles
