JOB DESCRIPTION
A SaaS client is seeking an ambitious, AI-obsessed marketer to help transform how their company creates demand, engages audiences, and drives sales conversations. This is not a traditional marketing role.
We're looking for someone early in their career (0-5 years of experience) who lives and breathes AI tools, experiments constantly, and thinks like a startup growth marketer. You understand how modern companies leverage AI to create content, scale advertising, automate campaigns, accelerate research, and generate pipeline faster than competitors. You will help TSIA become an AI-first marketing organization by leveraging tools such as Gemini, Claude, and emerging AI technologies to improve awareness, engagement, lead generation, and marketing efficiency.
If you're the person who spends nights testing prompts, experimenting with AI workflows, launching side projects, and figuring out how to get attention online with minimal resources, we want to meet you. This is a fully remote role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-7 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with paid advertising - Google Ads & LinkedIn
- Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms - Gemini & Claude
