Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing AI businesses in the creator economy. They help real and AI creators produce realistic photos and videos for social media, and they support the whole creator economy, including OnlyFans and adult content creators. They’re a small, ambitious team spread across the US and the UK and they’re growing fast with real revenue behind them.
They’re now looking to hire a Creative Strategist to own their performance creative from end to end. You’ll work directly with the founder and growth team (who own media buying) to turn customer insights into concepts, scripts and briefs, then bring them to life with the in-house production team and creators.

A core part of this role is creating paid campaigns specifically for OnlyFans and adult content creators. You’ll be researching, writing and directing creative for this audience day to day, so you need to be fully comfortable with that, both in terms of the audience you’re speaking to and the content you’ll be working around. What will you own? 🎯
⭐️Performance creative for Paid Ads – Meta & TikTok
⭐️Audience research, competitor analysis and creative angles, including for the OnlyFans and adult content creator audience
⭐️Concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards and briefs
⭐️The testing roadmap, including new concepts, purposeful variations and fresh creative as winners fatigue
⭐️Production with the in-house team and creators (briefs, feedback, timelines, budgets, usage rights and platform checks)
⭐️Working closely with the performance marketer on acquisition results, with everything documented in Notion
Candidates MUST have proven experience creating paid ads for Meta, Google and other paid channels. You’ll need to show your contribution, spend levels and results.
