Job Description

Posted on: July 9, 2025

iFoodDS is seeking a dynamic storyteller and strategic marketer to own both our product and partner marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll define compelling value propositions, craft go-to-market plans, and enable our sales team to drive revenue growth. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with the Director, Partner Strategy to support scaling the iFoodDS partner ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and external partners to launch new offerings, expand partner marketing efforts, and establish our company as a leader in the fresh food supply chain software space.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing

  • Identify Customer Value: Collect and analyze customer and market data through quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify what our customers value and care about across different segments. Utilize those insights in marketing strategies and tactics and inform the product team to help shape product offerings.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and iterate clear, differentiated positioning for products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Product and GTM teams to design segment-based launch plans, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning frameworks. Understand market trends and incorporate them into GTM strategy.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Be the expert on competitive differentiators.
  • Sales Enablement: Create battle cards, pitch decks, ROI calculators, objection-handling guides, and other tools that empower Sales to exceed quotas.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to develop awareness of our offerings and product-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Product Launches: Manage GTM and product launch processes for new products and notable product enhancements.
  • Thought Leadership: Produce webinars, white papers, ebooks, and case studies that highlight iFoodDS innovation and expertise.

Partner Marketing & Growth

  • Partnership Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize channel and technology alliances that accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Co-Marketing Programs: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and digital activations that amplify both our and our partners’ brands and drive pipeline growth.
  • Performance Management: Track program metrics (e.g., pipeline influenced, deal velocity, partner-sourced revenue) and iterate for continuous improvement.

Data & Insights

  • Buyer Research: Conduct voice-of-customer interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover buyer motivations and pain points.
  • Market Analysis: Leverage market data and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmaps, messaging refinement, and go-to-market prioritization.
  • Measurement: Define and report on KPIs (e.g., awareness lift, win rates, content engagement) to demonstrate marketing ROI.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience that can span product marketing, partner marketing, sales enablement, product management, sales engineering, or market strategy.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a technology company.
  • 2+ years of partner marketing experience in a technology company.
  • Fresh food supply chain experience is a plus.
  • Track record of launching products and optimizing GTM execution.
  • Technical and Business Savvy: Strong technical and business acumen. Comfortable with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile environments. Able to manage stakeholders at every level.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a strong aptitude for market research and performance metrics. Able to analyze market feedback and results, and adjust strategy and tactics to optimize execution.
  • Bias for Action: Entrepreneurial spirit, able to execute, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
  • AI Literacy: Experience using GPT-based platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Anthropic) or custom LLMs for rapid content ideation and social media copy.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; advanced certifications or degrees in Marketing, Business, or related fields welcomed.
