Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: UK with fortnightly travel to London (fully expensed)
A fast‑scaling B2B2C financial wellbeing platform is looking to appoint a Senior Product Marketing Manager as the organisation enters its next stage of expansion. Following its acquisition by a leading HR and Payroll group in 2025, they are now investing heavily in product, marketing, and go‑to‑market alignment to accelerate enterprise growth.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how a category‑defining solution is positioned, understood and adopted by both enterprise customers and their workforces. It sits at the centre of Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, and carries significant visibility across the wider group structure.
The Opportunity
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will take ownership of how the product is communicated to the market, how value is articulated to employers, and how adoption is driven at employee level. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams and operating in a complex stakeholder environment across both the fintech business and the wider group.
This is a pivotal hire for the organisation and is suited to someone who enjoys building structure, influencing without authority, and personally creating high‑quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product positioning and messaging across all features, articulating business outcomes for employers and wellbeing outcomes for employees.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for new products and releases, including launch planning, stakeholder coordination, timelines and measurement.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, objection‑handling guides and competitive intelligence.
- Train and enable both the internal sales team and wider group sales teams to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of messaging.
- Influence product roadmap by feeding in customer insights, adoption data and commercial feedback.
- Create compelling client and employee‑facing communications that support activation, adoption and long‑term impact.
- Align stakeholders across multiple teams and business units, navigating competing priorities and ensuring the product is effectively represented within group‑wide initiatives.
- Personally produce high‑quality content, collateral and strategic deliverables—this role requires hands‑on ownership, not just coordination.
Experience & Profile
- 4 plus years' experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, HR tech or B2B technology.
- Strong storyteller with the ability to distil complex features into compelling value propositions and commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience building sales enablement tools and supporting revenue teams to improve win rates.
- Analytical approach, able to interpret adoption and performance data to shape messaging and GTM.
- Bias for action: capable of balancing strategy with hands‑on creation of decks, messaging, and GTM assets.
