HUSTL. is a female‑focused movement and wellness platform, offering online challenges, education, and in‑studio experiences. We’re in the midst of an exciting rebrand and are looking for a talented Content & Creative Lead to help bring our vision to life across all digital channels.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes creativity. You’ll own the look, feel, and flow of our content—turning big ideas into beautiful visuals, engaging social media, and consistent brand storytelling. You’ll work closely with our founder and marketing team to make sure every post, email, and campaign feels on‑brand and deeply connected to our community.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, email, and web.

• Design and create engaging graphics, reels, and short‑form video content that reflect our brand aesthetic.

• Edit and repurpose class footage, campaign visuals, and educator features into social‑ready assets.

• Write captions and creative copy in our tone of voice, maintaining brand consistency.

• Direct and execute creative shoots (photography & video) in alignment with campaign goals.

• Collaborate with our marketing team on new campaigns, launches, and growth strategies.

• Stay on top of content trends in wellness, fitness, and lifestyle spaces.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).

• A keen eye for detail, visual consistency, and emerging design trends.

• Experience planning and producing content for Instagram & TikTok.

• A self‑starter who can manage timelines and deliver high‑quality content quickly.

• Passion for wellness, movement, and creating meaningful online communities.
