🚀 The Role

As Their Head of Community, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and executing innovative community strategies that engage, educate, and inspire. You’ll lead initiatives such as ambassador programs, competitions, social campaigns, and community events, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

You’ll represent the voice of the Their community — hosting AMAs, workshops, hackathons, and live sessions — and shaping the culture that drives one of Web3’s most exciting ecosystems.

Location: Remote (Preference for EU & US East Coast time zones)

Travel: Occasional

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative community growth and engagement strategies.
  • Launch and scale programs such as ambassador initiatives, competitions, and online events.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations to align messaging and engagement goals.
  • Host AMAs, workshops, webinars, and Twitter Spaces to connect with the global community.
  • Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Manage and mentor a global team of ambassadors.
  • Handle community conflict and maintain a positive, inclusive culture.

Required Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading communities in crypto or Web3.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems and decentralized systems.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling communities and ambassador programs.
  • Excellent communicator with emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in community tools, social analytics, and engagement platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Active personal Twitter/X presence.
  • Experience in early-stage startups or Web3 protocols.
