Key Engagement Responsibilities May Include:
- Strategy & Content Planning: Auditing existing channels and developing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation & Curation: Overseeing the production of high-quality visuals, copy, and video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) that resonate with target audiences.
- Community Management: Engaging with followers, managing comments/DMs, and fostering active, healthy online communities.
- Social Analytics & Reporting: Utilizing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native insights) to track performance and translate metrics into actionable growth strategies.
- Paid Social Coordination: Managing or advising on boosted posts and social ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach.
- Trend Forecasting: Staying ahead of platform algorithm changes and cultural trends to keep clients relevant and "on-pulse."
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translating social wins into concrete insights for Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Key Qualities & Experience:
- Proven Social Experience: Demonstrated success in a Social Media Manager, Digital Strategist, or Content Lead role.
- Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter), including a nuanced understanding of their specific algorithms.
- Creative Execution: Strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to guide (or create) compelling visual and written narratives.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional ability to communicate social ROI, engagement rates, and conversion data to non-marketing stakeholders.
- Communication & Voice: Ability to quickly adopt and refine a brand’s unique tone and personality across different digital touchpoints.
- Adaptability: The skill to pivot quickly in a crisis or trend-cycle and provide immediate, actionable impact across different client environments.
