Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Growth Specialist. The Growth Specialist will focus on identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing data trends, conducting market research, developing growth initiatives, managing client and team communications, and executing sales strategies. The role is part time and remunerated on a success basis as we grow the organisation together.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with Growth Hacking and proficiency in identifying and implementing innovative growth strategies
• Networks in professional services, public and private organisations
• Proven track record in Sales with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Project Management skills to coordinate and successfully execute initiatives and programs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
