H&P is partnering with a global Private Equity backed consultancy that works behind the scenes with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, helping them optimise advertising and marketing production across every channel.
Operating at the intersection of creativity, procurement, technology and production, this business advises major global advertisers on how to drive greater efficiency and strategic value from multi-million-pound production investments.
Following recent investment, they are now hiring a Marketing Manager to elevate their global brand presence and support ambitious expansion plans across Europe and North America.
This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist consultancy with real market credibility and play a pivotal role in shaping its visibility and positioning.
The Role:
This is a highly visible position with genuine ownership. You’ll be responsible for building structure, consistency and impact across the marketing function, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, industry activation and thought leadership.
Key Areas of Focus:
Brand Elevation & Social Strategy
- Develop and execute a consistent LinkedIn strategy to increase share of voice vs key competitors
- Support leadership positioning through thought leadership, insights and case studies
- Translate complex production expertise into compelling, market-facing narratives
- Build and maintain structured marketing calendars and processes
Event Activation
- Lead activation at major global industry events
- Support content, messaging and senior engagement strategy
- Ensure maximum visibility and ROI from event participation
Growth & Pipeline Support
- Partner with the Growth team to support prospecting and pitch materials
- Refine and articulate the firm’s value proposition to senior decision-makers
- Contribute to building a qualified pipeline through strategic marketing initiatives
Product & Service Launches
- Support go-to-market strategy for new services and tools
- Work cross-functionally with technology and production specialists to bring innovation to life in external communications
What They’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years’ marketing experience (ideal for someone stepping up from Marketing Executive level)
- Ideally experience in a people-led, services or consultancy environment
- Strong writing and communication skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Confident operating independently within a growing business
- Commercially minded and strategically curious
