My name is Joanna, and I’m the Chief of Staff at HoloGrowth, an eCommerce Growth Agency that scales brands to 7 & 8 figures in revenue.

We are now looking for an Assistant to support the team and get some fresh ideas into our agency.

This is a rare opportunity to join an elite agency that is responsible for over $30M in yearly portfolio revenue for clients.

YOUR ROLE:

• Create marketing, business, and creative performance reports
• Research brands, competitors, and industry trends
• Design and edit ads/content in Canva, Figma, CapCut
• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Collaborate on cross-agency projects (HR, operations, automation, etc.)

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Write and speak fluent English.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing AND Creative Design
• Learn fast and thrive at solving problems independently
• Love working with data, precision, and systems

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

• Speak and understand German
• Worked with no code automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N,...)
• Can code 

WHO THIS JOB IS NOT FOR:
